Julie Taguchi and Madan Mohan, doctors from California, entered guilty pleas to conspiracy to commit health care fraud related to a COVID-19 antibody test developed by Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Arrayit. Authorities said the defendants allowed Arrayit to use their medical licenses in the submission of Medi-Cal reimbursements for patients they had never examined. See the full story.
