Social Security is offering FREE Educational webinars to the public, but you must register online to attend.  All webinars listed are conducted by Social Security employees who have experience in all Social Security programs and benefits.

Social Security Disability – What You Need to Know When You Turn Age 18

Join our local Social Security Public Affairs team as we go in-depth on Social Security Disability – including SSI and SSDI – for kids coming up on age 18. The session will discuss how and when to file for benefits for children turning 18, the review process for children who have already been on benefits and approach 18, qualifications for Disability Adult Child benefits (receiving on a parental Social Security record), post-eligibility issues such as SSI living arrangements, and more.
