September is National Pain Awareness Month! Ohio SMP wants to remind beneficiaries, caregivers, and professionals alike about the Brace Scam. Scammers may call offering a free “covered by Medicare” brace especially during Pain Awareness Month. Remember that any braces that you may need should be ordered by a trusted treating physician!
