SMPs have reported beneficiaries are receiving calls about the Medicare Special Enrollment Period (SEP) due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While there are SEPs available, don’t make decisions if someone calls you, it may end up costing you. Look to Medicare or reach out to Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP) 800-686-1578 for any coverage or SEP questions.
